Privacy Policy
Effective October 7, 2026
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how OMRGlobalTech LLC handles information associated with this website and its software applications and digital products.
Information we receive
This website is designed to minimize direct collection. If you email us, we receive the information you provide in that message. When you purchase software, the payment provider processes checkout and may provide us with order details such as your name, email address, product purchased, license information, transaction status, and tax-related order metadata.
License and device information
For paid software activation and recovery, we may process a hashed or pseudonymous device identifier, a device display name, operating-system/platform information, application version, activation and last-seen timestamps, license status, and the purchase email associated with the license. The License Center may also retain short-lived verification-code records and security audit events. These records are used to enforce concurrent activation limits, let customers replace or remove computers, prevent a remotely removed device from reclaiming a license without authorization, and recover purchased software. The License Center does not upload your WorkoutStudio workout history, personal exercise recordings, music files, or transfer-backup contents.
Payment data
We do not intentionally collect or store full payment card numbers on this website. Payment information is processed by the payment provider under its own privacy and security practices.
How information is used
We use information to deliver purchased products, manage licenses, provide support, respond to requests, prevent abuse, maintain records, and comply with applicable legal or tax obligations.
Cookies, sessions, and analytics
The base website does not require advertising cookies. The License Center uses short-lived browser session storage after email verification so you can manage licenses and devices; signing out or closing the session does not change the license itself. If privacy-friendly analytics are added later, this policy should be updated before deployment of those analytics.
Retention
We retain purchase and license records as reasonably needed for customer support, license administration, security, accounting, tax, and legal requirements. Verification codes expire quickly and are not intended as permanent credentials. Device-removal audit records may be retained to protect license owners and investigate abuse.
Third parties
We may use infrastructure, payment, email, and software-delivery providers to operate the business. Those providers process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask about personal information associated with your support or customer record, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
