Windows installation

Install WorkoutStudio or PrayerSync for Windows exclusively through Microsoft Store once listed. App installation is free; WorkoutStudio Pro and PrayerSync Desktop activation licenses are purchased separately. HexGigs.com does not distribute Windows setup EXE, MSI, or MSIX downloads.

Microsoft Store in-app license purchasing and HexGigs license checkout are planned for launch. Store listings are not yet live.

WorkoutStudio on macOS

The Apple Silicon Beta is distributed directly by HexGigs and may require a one-time Privacy & Security approval before first launch.

License activation

Recover purchased Pro license keys and deactivate a replaced or unavailable computer without buying another license. Reinstall Windows apps from Microsoft Store; do not download Windows installers from HexGigs.

Lost license or receipt

Verify the email used for purchase in the License Center to recover the original license key. If you no longer have access to that email, contact support for ownership verification.
