Terms of Sale & Software License

Agreement
These terms apply to software applications and digital products offered by OMRGlobalTech LLC. By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using a product, you agree to these terms and any product-specific license terms shown at purchase.
License
Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to the purchaser or licensed user for the number of concurrent devices/activations specified at purchase. The software is licensed, not sold. “Non-transferable” refers to transferring ownership of the license to another person; it does not prevent the same licensed user from replacing, reinstalling, or changing their own computer.
Device replacement and activation seats
Where a product has a device limit, that limit is a concurrent activation limit rather than a lifetime-computer limit unless the purchase terms expressly say otherwise. A customer may deactivate or remove an old computer and use the same license on a replacement computer without buying the product again. WorkoutStudio Pro currently permits up to two active computers per license, including supported Windows and macOS builds within the same shared activation limit.
Restrictions
You may not resell, redistribute, publish license keys, bypass activation controls, reverse engineer except where applicable law expressly permits it, or use the software in violation of law.
Updates
Updates, upgrades, and support periods may vary by product. A one-time license does not imply perpetual entitlement to future major versions unless the product page or purchase terms expressly state otherwise.
Account and license security
You are responsible for keeping purchase receipts, access to the purchase email, and license keys reasonably secure. The online License Center uses verification of the purchase email for sensitive recovery and device-management actions. Possession of a license key alone is not sufficient to remotely remove another device. If the purchase email is no longer accessible, ownership may need to be verified through support before account or license records are changed.
Availability
We may change, improve, replace, or discontinue features or products. Where practical, we will preserve access for existing paid licenses according to the terms applicable at purchase.
Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, software is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties not expressly stated in writing.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OMRGlobalTech LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the software. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product during the twelve months preceding the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.
